Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin that helps maintain a normal nervous system and also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Zinc

Zinc is a mineral that plays a role in the body's functions, including the immune system, DNA synthesis and protein synthesis. It is also important for your skin, hair and nails.

Magnesium

Magnesium is a mineral which plays a role for a normal bone structure, the functioning of the muscular and nervous systems, and our metabolism.

You may have heard that proteins are important for building big and strong muscles. But did you know that the body needs a variety of vitamins and minerals to be able to utilize the proteins from the diet? These vitamins and minerals include B6, magnesium and zinc. Magnesium and zinc support protein synthesis and muscle repair and B6 contributes to the reduction of fatique.

This means that if you eat enough protein but do NOT get enough of these micronutrients, the proteins may go to waste and your body may feel tired. And that would be a waste of hard work. And good food.
