These terms of trade apply to the website www.good-habit.co, the products and subscription services offered on the website and the products supplied under subscriptions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using the Website or signing up for a Good Habit Company subscription through the Website, you accept the Terms and agree to be bound by them. Good Habit Company recommends that you print a copy of these terms. We ourselves think that terms and conditions can be difficult to read and understand, but they are there to protect you as a consumer, so it is important that you understand them. Subscription conditions 

When you order your package from Good Habit Company, you also accept our subscription conditions. After your starter pack, you automatically transfer to our membership, where you receive your vitamins according to your needs.

The stated amount for your membership will be withdrawn on the day your order goes through and is dispatched from our warehouse. You can view and customize your vitamin solution and future deliveries at any time on your user profile at www.good-habit.co

You will receive an email prior to your shipments, and you also always have the option to customize your shipments if it may be necessary - this is done via your user profile at www.good-habit.co.

At Good Habit Company there is no commitment and always full flexibility.

When you complete your purchase, you also confirm that we may contact you with e-mails regarding your membership, products, campaigns, etc. You also confirm that we may contact you via SMS and telephone. You can cancel your consent at any time via the link sent by email or sms.


Payment

When purchasing by credit card, the amount is deducted from your account when the item is dispatched from our warehouse.

We accept Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa Electron.

We do not charge card fees.


When do we withdraw the money?

We deduct the payment for your membership package on the day your order goes through and we ship your package. If your order goes through at the weekend or on a public holiday, your package will be dispatched on the next working day.

You can revoke your permission for us to deduct an amount from your card at any time.

You can also object to "unauthorized debits" to your card provider, however no later than 8 weeks after the debit, unless otherwise stated in your agreement with the card provider. 


Delivery

When ordering your first membership package from Good Habit Company, you do not pay shipping costs.

If you order before 2.00 PM. We will, as far as possible, send your package the same day (with the exception of weekends and public holidays).

If you order after 2.00 PM, we will send your package the next working day.

Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days and you will receive an email as soon as your shipment leaves the warehouse. There may be a longer delivery time on public holidays and/or holidays.

The first membership package is typically delivered to a parcel shop with GLS or PostNord. The following membership packages are delivered as far as possible directly to your door or to your mailbox.

You can have your package delivered to a desired location at your residence in the event that you are not at home at the time of delivery. If you wish to have the item placed outside, it is at your own risk.

You can also reschedule the delivery of your next membership package if you are not at home at the time of delivery.

Membership

If, for one reason or another, you do not wish to receive one of your membership packages, you have the option of customizing your shipment.

Changes to your membership shipment must be made no later than 24 hours before the order is completed.


Receipt

When we send your package, you will receive an order confirmation by email.


Expiration and change of credit card

If you change credit cards or your credit card expires, you must remember to update your card information on your user profile at www.good-habit.co. Should you forget it, we will make you aware of it via email and/or SMS.

Termination

There is no binding period on your membership, however, termination must take place no later than 24 hours before we send your next membership package.

To cancel, simply log in to your profile, select the membership you wish to cancel and press "cancel membership".

Alternatively, you can easily customize your next shipment by correcting the shipping date or choosing to skip a single delivery.

Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to hello@good-habit.co

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without at the same time notifying us of cancellation in due time.


Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have bought several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.


No right of withdrawal

These agreements cannot be cancelled:


Delivery of goods which can be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.

Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery. 

Return

Once you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You can return unopened packages to us through these steps

Send the package via your local postal service.

The money is refunded automatically within 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal The shipping costs for the return are deducted from the value of the package upon arrival at the warehouse. You are responsible for the costs if damage occurs during transport.


Condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.


Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address.


Privacy policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, telephone number, card details and e-mail address.

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with Good Habit Company ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

The data controller at www.good-habit.co is Good Habit Company ApS.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.


If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at: hello@good-habit.co.

 

Deletion of personal data

In certain cases, you have the right to have all or some of your personal data deleted by us. This applies if you e.g. revoke your consent and we have no legal basis to continue processing. To the extent that continued processing of your information is necessary, we are not obliged to delete your personal data. This e.g. in order to comply with our legal obligations, or so that legal claims can be established, asserted or defended.


If you want your personal data deleted, we will delete your contact details, including e-mail address, telephone number and card details. In order to meet the requirements of the Accounting Act, we store information relating to your purchase for 5 years after the end of the calendar year in which you made your last purchase. The remaining information we have registered about you will then be deleted. The information can be stored for a longer period if Good Habit Company ApS has a legitimate need for longer storage.


Information collected in connection with signing up for the newsletter is deleted when your consent to the newsletter is withdrawn, unless we have another basis for processing the information. However, documentation for your consent will be stored for two years so that we can prove that no direct marketing has been sent without valid consent.

 

Changes in Trading terms and prices

Good Habit Company can change these terms and subscription prices at any time. You will always be notified of these changes, for example via email or SMS. You can cancel your membership at any time if you do not wish to keep it after the change has taken effect. In case of minor changes, Good Habit Company may choose to announce the change on www.good-habit.co. If the change is to your advantage, you will not necessarily be notified. You can always find your price on your user profile.

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us by email: hello@good-habit.co. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to:
