CPH Half Marathon

As a part of Copenhagen Half we have created a training plan, which you can download below.

We are also hosting a few pre-race joint runs to get us ready for the big day.

The joint runs are

  • Pre Race Nutrition Tips 17:00 11.09.23 @ Løberen Pop Up
  • TechBBQ Morning run 07:00 14.09.23 @ Prolog Coffee Bar
  • CPH Half Shake Out Run 09:30 16.09.23 @ Den Franske Café

On race day we will also be hosting a small stand on Nørrebrogade, supplying you with refreshing electrolytes.
