Based on the expert running coaches from Nike Running Club

This training plan is based on Nike Running Clubs Half Marathon plan. The pace chart is made from a mixture of training plans in order to form an easily digestible indication of where your pace should be at various types of runs.

We chose this plan as it, to us, strikes the perfect balance between professionalism, variety and fun.

All the runs are accompanied by an audio coach from Nike Running Club. Some like that sort of thing - others don’t. It’s up to you.
