These terms of service apply to the website www.good-habit.co, the products, and subscription services offered through the website. By using the website or signing up for a subscription, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Shipping policy

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders after 2:00 PM are shipped the next working day.

Delivery Time: Packages typically arrive within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may be extended on public holidays.

Delivery Services: Packages are delivered by DAO and to your home address unless stated otherwise in your order.

Rescheduling & Safe Drop: You may reschedule deliveries or request delivery to a specific location at your residence. However, delivery to an unmonitored location is at your own risk.

Email Notifications: You will receive an email when your package is dispatched.

4. Return and refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, beginning from the day you receive your package. If you ordered multiple items delivered at different times, the cancellation period starts when the final item is received.

To withdraw, send an email to hello@good-habit.co. Simply refusing delivery without notifying us does not constitute valid withdrawal.

Return Process

Once you notify us of the withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item(s). You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend returning the product in its original packaging to avoid value depreciation.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. We may reduce the refund if the product has been used in ways that diminish its value.

5. Purchases, subscriptions and cancellation

At Good Habit Company you can either make a one-time purchase or sign up for a subscription with recurring deliveries.

One-time purchases

A one-time purchase is a single order with no ongoing commitment. Payment is charged when the order is processed. You may cancel an order until it has been shipped from our warehouse by contacting us at [email]. Once an order has shipped, our right of withdrawal applies, see section [x].

Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you also accept our subscription terms. The subscription renews automatically at the interval you have selected, and payment is charged each time a shipment is processed. You can adjust the delivery schedule, skip a delivery, pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your user profile at www.good-habit.co.

Cancelling a subscription

There is no minimum term. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next shipment is processed. Shipments that have already been processed cannot be cancelled but are covered by the right of withdrawal.
