These terms of service apply to the website www.good-habit.co, the products, and subscription services offered through the website. By using the website or signing up for a subscription, you agree to these terms and conditions.
When you order your first package from Good Habit Company, you automatically accept our subscription terms. After receiving your starter pack, you will transition to our membership, where you receive products based on your needs. You can view and customize your membership via your user profile at www.good-habit.co.
There is no binding commitment, and you have full flexibility in managing your subscription, including changing delivery schedules or skipping a shipment. You will receive an email notification prior to each shipment.
Payment Terms
We accept Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Visa Electron. Payments are automatically deducted on the day the order is processed and shipped from our warehouse.
To update credit card information, log into your profile. You can also cancel your membership at any time via your profile without any binding period. However, cancellations must be done at least 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders after 2:00 PM are shipped the next working day.
Delivery Time: Packages typically arrive within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may be extended on public holidays.
Delivery Services: Packages are delivered by GLS or PostNord. The first package is usually delivered to a parcel shop; subsequent packages are delivered to your door or mailbox.
Rescheduling & Safe Drop: You may reschedule deliveries or request delivery to a specific location at your residence. However, delivery to an unmonitored location is at your own risk.
Email Notifications: You will receive an email when your package is dispatched.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, beginning from the day you receive your package. If you ordered multiple items delivered at different times, the cancellation period starts when the final item is received.
To withdraw, send an email to hello@good-habit.co. Simply refusing delivery without notifying us does not constitute valid withdrawal.
Return Process
Once you notify us of the withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item(s). You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend returning the product in its original packaging to avoid value depreciation.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. We may reduce the refund if the product has been used in ways that diminish its value.
By completing a purchase with Good Habit Company, you accept our subscription terms. After receiving the starter package, you will automatically transition to membership. Payments will be charged when your order is processed.
You can customize your subscription through your user profile on www.good-habit.co and may cancel the membership at any time by logging into your profile.
Termination
You must cancel at least 24 hours before the next shipment is processed. Alternatively, you can adjust the shipment schedule or skip a delivery.
