1. A podcast about happiness

The sound: The Happiness Lab with Dr. Laurie Santos.

Why we're hooked: Ever wondered what makes us truly happy? Dr. Laurie Santos, a  professor at Yale University, dives into the nitty-gritty of happiness science and hands out some life hacks along the way. In each episode, she delves into various aspects of happiness, from gratitude and mindfulness to sleep and social connections. Dr. Laurie Santos provides in-depth yet accessible insights into how small changes can have a significant impact on our mental well-being.

2. A good summer read

The book: The Summer Book by Tove Jansson.

Our thoughts: It might be a bit on the nose to recommend a book called "The Summer Book" for summer, but what better way to immerse yourself in the season's vibes? Through a series of enchanting vignettes, Jansson captures the essence of summer – from the warmth of the sun to the gentle lapping of the waves. "The Summer Book" is more than just a story – it's a poignant reminder to slow down and savor life's simple pleasures. This classic novel is a must-read for every summer reading list.

3. An adventure to Sweden

With summer in nearly full swing and you may have some well-deserved time off on the horizon, it's the perfect opportunity to embark on an adventure to Kullaberg in south Sweden. Just a short trip from Copenhagen, this coastal nature reserve offers a refreshing escape into nature's embrace.

Stroll through the dramatic countryside, camp, dive, rock climb, swim, hike, kayak—or whatever floats your boat.
