Hello friends,
July is here - bringing festival season, summer holidays, and (hopefully) endless sunshine. đ
Hereâs this monthâs Good News - a curated blend of content that's uplifting, inspiring, intriguing, thought-provoking, and, of course, entertaining.
Let's dive in!

1. Barry Can't Swim
If youâre one of the lucky ones with a ticket to Roskilde, weâve got a recommendation for you. If you havenât heard of him already, Scottish dance/afrobeat/electronic act Barry Canât Swim is playing tonight (Thursday 4th) at 10 PM @ Apollo stage. See you there?

2. Unda bottle
Seeing as we're heading into festival season, a refillable water bottle is key to keep you hydrated and feeling fresh. We love this one from our friends at Unda, which keeps your water cold for up to 24 hours. A lifesaver when waking up hungover in a sweltering tent.Â
Also great for everyday life: the beach, gym, office, or just when out and about.
Give them a follow on IG here & checkout their website here.

3. Late Night Boulders đ´ Summer Edition
A tip for those who are not going to Roskilde this year (whether by choice or not): Boulders have decided to host an extra special Late night event Friday the 5th. Taking place in Aarhus Nord, Odense, and Amager, it will be a day filled with climbing, music, and ice-cold drinks. The perfect Friday to beat the Roskilde-FOMO.
Details for each location: Aarhus Nord, Odense & Amager.

This involves skipping all in-flight entertainment and simply staring at the real-time flight map for the entire journey. It sounds crazy, but those who do it claim it has meditative benefits and helps pass the time in unexpected ways. âď¸

5. A Good Listen
The podcast: The Diary of a CEO with Steven Bartlett - featuring Simon Sinek: "Strong Thigh Muscles = More friends", This Is Why You Can't Make Friends!
Weâve just listened to this episode, and can only recommend. It's full with insights on friendship and connection. The pair dives into topics such as how loneliness impacts addiction, why people are struggling to make friends, the truth about TikTok and depression, and the link between thigh muscles and popularity.
